If your cab or chassis is damaged due to an accident, our bodyshop can repair it like brand new.

The repairs may only be minor but should the chassis be misaligned or even have severe damage our specialist equipment can work wonders. Utilising our Josam Cab Bench and 23 metres of straightening frames our team works hard to get your vehicle corrected and back on the road as quickly as possible.

It's not just trucks either, our equipment is large enough and strong enough to work on agricultural machinery and hook loading equipment.

About Us

Chassis Realignment

Utilising over 23 metres of straightening frames cast into the workshop floor, we have the ability to work on several vehicles simultaneously. Having the correct equipment allows us to correct 'diamond', 'side sway', 'sag' or 'twist' misalignments.

The straightening frames work by anchoring the chassis to the frame and using vertical and horizontal presses which can exert pressure up to 40 tonnes.

Cab Jig

We use a Josam cab bench - the most efficient of its kind to straighten and repair damaged cabs. With movable mounting points and the base of the cab anchored into beams in the workshop floor, the cab is pushed and pulled hydraulically into its correct position. Our straightening trolleys are equipped with high reach beams, stays and other special accessories, which enable TruckEast bodyshop technicians to repair the frames vertical frame members and roof section.

Our equipment is strong enough to enable us to tackle the toughest repairs to the heaviest of equipment including farm machinery and hook-loading equipment.
